How Can severe Vomiting Along With Diarrhea Be Treated?

I have a 14 yr old son, 190 lbs., 6 0 - he had 7 vomiting spells and 5 diarrhea spells within 24 hours. Started 5:30 pm yesterday. He now has a fever and a headache. its not 7:30 am. What can I give him in addition to the water to start to minimize the dehydration? He s hungry and wants to eat bananas and drink Gatorade. Please help.

Hi. I have gone through your query.Give your son sips of ORS frequently,only giving water will not help.You can give him bananas to eat.You can give him Paracetamol 650 mg for the fever & headache.Give him Ondasetron 4mg for the vomiting.For the diarrhoea you can give him Norfloxacin400 mg.
